💎 1. Shipping Policy

A. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 1 PM PKT or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

B. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Note: Delivery times are estimates only. During peak sale periods or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather), delivery may take longer.

C. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number (e.g., from Trax, Leopards, TCS, etc.) that you can use to track your package’s progress.

D. Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: The Babe Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the courier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the courier service.

✨ 2. Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your jewellery! If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

A. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 2 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if the product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete.
  • All claims regarding incomplete or erroneous orders must be accompanied by a continuous unboxing video from the time of receipt to validate the claim.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotion are only eligible for exchange or store credit, not a refund.

B. Process for Returns

  1. Request: Email us at returns@thebabe.store with your Order Number and the reason for the return/exchange.
  2. Authorization: Wait for a confirmation email with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship: Securely package your item(s) and ship them back to the address provided in the instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

C. Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, approval will be granted for an exchange. A refund will only be applicable if the requested exchange item is out of stock.
  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

D. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order.
